Payment Methods
To establish booking which is completed by bank deposit or on website it is likely to be asked for payment proof. In case of online booking, the user will receive confirmation immediately by email, on which has to review for any mistakes and if detects inform itertravel® immediately.
Booking confirmation is sent by email to the User. The issue of the tickets in accordance with the data the User stated is done еxclusively from employee in charge of our agency. Ticket delivery is carried at our main office (Giannitson 244, inside Intercity Bus Station KTEL Macedonia) at least 30 minutes before departure of the bus line) or any other conditions applied will be announced from the employee in charge.
Itertravel® is not liable for travel documents( passports, visas etc) which passengers should bear to ensure their travelling. It is the sole passenger’s responsibility.
In case that the User change or cancel his ticket, itertravel® will refund the amount which is determined by the respective provider. If provider-carrier fails to carry out the scheduled itinerary, while the User has already purchased the ticket, itertravel® will refund the User the total amount paid or endeavor to find passenger’s alternative way of travelling.
The company itertravel® takes no responsibility for: • The non-availability of the services concerned • Errors, omissions, breaches or denials of each carrier • Injury, death, property damage or other damage that may result from the carrier's services •Delays, cancellations, overbooking, strike, grounds of force majeure that has not in control • The privacy policy on links of third websites
